The 1-bedrooms are a good size with a convenient layout

Landlord has been helpful and courteous, and maintenance is pretty quick

Location is great

Having the workout room is an added bonus

Very good for students who want to live around CWRU

This is a wonderful building

I must say that the room is pretty big

I love the more rustic/vintage vibe
