Heights Apartments on Overlook Rd. has been a great experience so far. FREE Wi-Fi, FREE Water, FREE Heat, Washer & Dryer In-Unit. When we moved in, the apartment was clean and ready for use. The maintenance is very responsive and emergency maintenance came to fix an electric issue on a Sunday evening with little delay. Parking is next to the building and trash is out back — convenient. Currently live in a 1-Bedroom 3-series and it is a perfect, manageable space for two people to live together. This has been easy to acustom to as new residents. Rent is very reasonable shared between two people!
